Cancellations & Refunds

At My Coffee Direct, we pride ourselves on offering industry-leading return policies. Orders can be canceled at any time before shipment at no cost, except for custom orders (details below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately to receive a full refund before it leaves our warehouse. Our agents are available during business hours at (806) 731-1456, via chat, or through email at support@mycoffeedirect.com.

 

Cancellations of Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded as they are specifically crafted upon order. If unsure whether your order is custom, please contact us for clarification. All sales are final for custom-made and made-to-order products.

 

Refunds and Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products. Within this period, customers can initiate a return for a full refund, excluding custom or made-to-order products (refer to details below). It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the delivered products promptly and report any damage within 24 hours of delivery.

Exchanges are allowed, but the customer is responsible for shipping costs during the return and exchange process. Transaction fees will be deducted from your refund, ranging from 2.9% + $0.30 to 5.99% + $0.30 depending on the payment method.

Not all shipped orders are eligible for return since we source products directly from manufacturers. If the manufacturer prohibits returns, we cannot facilitate them. Please contact us for specific return policy details regarding your product.

 

Shipping Times

We strive to deliver your order promptly, but shipping times are estimates based on supplier and freight company information and are subject to change due to supply chain factors. Delays can occur due to reasons beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

 

Please Read the Following

When making a purchase from My Coffee Direct, you acknowledge the Exchange Agreement, agreeing to the following:

  • I am responsible for inspecting the package upon delivery. If there is any damage, I must note and photograph it and report it to My Coffee Direct within 24 hours of delivery.
  • I understand that I am liable for the cost of return shipping and any new product shipping fees in the case of a refund or exchange.
  • I acknowledge that products need to be returned unopened and unused, with the possibility of an additional restocking fee.
  • I understand that if my order has already left the warehouse, a full refund is not possible.
  • I agree that if I return my order after it has shipped, I will be responsible for any return shipping fees and restocking fees, typically around 20%, but varying by product.
  • I understand that shipping date estimates provided on product pages are subject to change due to factors beyond My Coffee Direct's control.
  • I agree not to cancel orders or file a chargeback due to delays or incorrect estimated times caused by factors outside the control of My Coffee Direct, such as manufacturing and logistical constraints of partner companies.

 

Damages

Inspect delivered products for damage or defects within 5 business days of delivery. If reported within this period:

  • Notify us of the damage via email at support@mycoffeedirect.com.
  • We offer options for replacement parts, a discount to keep the item, or a refund/replacement.
  • Items cannot be used to be eligible for replacement parts, discounts, or refunds/full replacements.

If damage is not reported within 5 business days:

  • We will not offer refunds, free replacement parts, discounts, or exchanges.
  • After 5 business days, we cannot file claims with the freight carrier or manufacturer.
  • Replacement parts for repair may be available.
  • We are not responsible for cleaning or removal costs of manufacturing residue on products.

 

Warranty

Warranties vary by manufacturer. Refer to individual product pages for details. Damage upon arrival not reported within 30 days does not qualify as a warranty claim.

 

Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges or reconsignment fees due to customer error unless specified otherwise on the product page. Most products have warranty policies ensuring functional products without additional costs; details are available on individual product pages.

 

BOGO Promotions

For BOGO promotions, both items must be returned for a full refund. Returning one item may result in a replacement or store credit for its value. Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges if the order has shipped.

 

Chargebacks

We aim to resolve issues promptly. Filing fraudulent chargebacks will result in criminal liability for theft. Contact us to resolve issues instead of filing chargebacks.
